Executive Team:

Jose Erazo, President and Co-Founder
Jose drives GenPlay's vision, strategy and operations. During his 16 years of experience in the gaming industry, Jose has held key positions at Atari, Tengen, Time Warner Interactive, and Midway Home Entertainment. A few of his better known projects are the "Rush" series, "Dr. Muto," "Gretzky's 3-D Hockey," and "RBI Baseball. In his free time, Jose enjoys mentoring youth, the arts and spending time with his family.

Glenn Greenblatt, Global Sales Director
Glenn works with mobile (wireless) carriers to get our games into hands of consumers. He is responsible for GenPlay's worldwide entertainment revenue. Before joining GenPlay, Glenn spent five years at NSTL where envisioned and helped build their mobile software testing business. Glenn has also held sales and business development positions at AT&T Capital, XRT, Davox Corporation, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Nippon Express USA. Glenn is a professional boxing enthusiast and bonsai tree collector. Glenn received a Bachelor of Science in business from Rutgers University, Newark N.J.

David O'Riva, VP of Technology
David leads GenPlay's technology development and innovation. As one of the foremost programming leaders in the industry, David brings 18 years of development experience on virtually every platform. Prior to GenPlay, David held prominent leadership roles in the creation of "The Sims", "The Urbz," "Dr. Muto," "Rush 2," "Primal Rage," "NCAA Basketball," "Klax," and "Gauntlet Legends." David loves to play video games, create and recreate inventions, and spend time with his family.

Brian Lombardo, VP of Finance & Operations
Brian is responsible for the company's finance, human resources, facilities and investor relations activities. Brian came to GenPlay with 15 years of management, consulting and public accounting experience at Cisco Systems, Avanex Corp., and Grant Thornton LLP.  Brian obtained a certification in public accountancy (CPA) in 2006.  His interests include mentoring youth, golf, and investing.

Giovanni Erazo, VP of Product Development & Co-Founder
Giovanni manages the product development of GenPlay games. Hailing from Midway Home Entertainment, where he served in various roles as a 3D artist, animator, and quality assurance engineer, Giovanni brings development expertise and management skills that help drive game concepts from idea to final product. He worked on exciting games such as "S. F. Rush 2," "Wayne Gretzky's Hockey," "Rush 2049," and "Dr. Muto." Prior to GenPlay, Giovanni successfully founded and operated a logistics company. He loves riding motorcycles and mountain biking on the side.

Kevon Saber, VP of Sales & Marketing & Co-founder
Kevon has responsibility for driving the customer experience initiatives, licensing and sales endeavors. He also contributes to the brand development and business development strategy. Kevon was formerly the president and founder of a youth marketing company. He frequently speaks on high school and college campuses, including his alma mater, Santa Clara University. In his sparetime, he enjoys coaching young adults, tennis, and ballroom dancing.

Howard Rubin, VP of Advertainment
Howard Rubin is responsible for over $400 million of video game sales over the past three decades. He managed sales for ATARI, ran Gottlieb & Co., and led Konami and Taito into the U.S. market. Rubin also served as the president of Jaleco and the VP & GM of Mattel Media. His many hits include Q*bert, Mach III, Bases Loaded, Hoops, Maniac Mansion, In Your Face, and Barbie Fashion Designer.
